Client Account Manager

Charityproud is a cloud-based software designed with nonprofits in mind. With Charityproud’s robust suite of features, organizations can fundraise, communicate with donors, track volunteer hours, generate board reports, and more — all in one user-friendly platform.

The Client Account Manager is a full-time position responsible for the implementation, training, and support of new and existing nonprofit clients. In this role, you will serve as the main point-of-contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, advocate for client needs and relay product requests to the engineering team, and participate in the development of supplemental training resources.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients while driving engagement, retention, and growth
  • Manage the flow of onboarding and training for assigned clients
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client support requests via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Participate in QA product testing of new features
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college
  • Experience in a client-facing role (ideally managing relationships or accounts)
  • Two or more years of nonprofit experience
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and adhere to defined quality standards
  • Ability to work in a Charleston office setting and collaborate with other team members

Preferred

  • Experience with one of more current software systems used for fundraising or volunteer management
  • Knowledge of fundraising/development terminology
  • Basic understanding of SaaS terminology
  • Passionate about supporting the work of nonprofit organizations

Salary And Benefits

  • $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience
